Due to inclement weather, the National Courts Building is closed to the public on January 26, 2026. Electronic case filing deadlines remain in effect. Such case filings may be made through either CM/ECF or, in pro se cases, via the pro-se e-mail address: ProSe_case_filings@cfc.uscourts.gov. Paper filings due on January 26, 2026, will be deemed timely filed if received by the next day the court is open to the public. Scheduled remote hearings will not be canceled or postponed unless otherwise ordered by the presiding judge. The Clerk’s Office will continue to provide services by telephone and email. Telework-ready employees shall follow manager guidance and the Court’s policies.
